Hi, I have a LTO tape from another organization I need to restore. They are using BE10d with a TANDBERG TS400 LTO drive and we use BE11d with a DELL PV-122T LTO drive. I can inventory the tape; however, I get the following error when I try cataloging it:

An unknown error occurred on device "DELL 2".
V-79-57344-34035 - The block size being used is incorrect.
Formatting or erasing the media is not an option and seems to be the only solution I found so far. I thought I was able to do this for them before, but it may have been when I was using BE10d. The configurations are the same: Block size, 64K; Buffer size, 64K, etc.
Please help...
