We have been running reports for media moves (to and from our vault) for a while now. The move media to vault report works OK, but recently the retrieve media from vault report has stopped listing any media to be returned. I'm not exactly sure when this happened - it might have been about the time we installed SP3.
I've logged the case with Symantec, but we'll see if we can resolve it here before Symantec support do!
We have three media sets we use for our normal backups (daily, weekly, monthly sets). Each of these is associated with our vault, with vault rules applied. The vault rules show up in the GUI just fine.
I had a quick probe around in the BEDB, but the only thing I could see that looked unusual is that in the MediaSets table there is an OffSiteHours column that is all 0. However, there are other tables for Vault Rules, and the values in there seem fine.
I've done a database check already, which didn't report any errors.
Any ideas anyone?
