SAP R3 Agent (Oracle) Description Parameter in biparam.ini doesn't work

I backup our SAP R/3, Oracle 9.0.4 using R3 Agent of Veritas Backup Exec 9.1

Like described In Manual i wants to use the Description= Parameter in the biparam.ini file but this does'n t work. I always get a Description Like Backup 070 on the Backup and Media Server. My Line looks like this:

Description=SAP_P01_Backup

Can anybody help me what's wrong with it ?

Check the SCL list for the SAP version if it is supported:

Refer following technote and kindly confirm if this is the issue you are facing. If yes, then it is addressed in new release of BEWS.

We use SAP Release 4.7 Oracle and this release should be supportet ! The Document 266313 march 05 2004 says that Version 9.0 is not working correctly but in a newer SP it should work. Now we have Version 9.1 SP1 and it still works not !

That technote says nothing of the sort.

As Guarav says, it has been fixed in BEWS 10.

We have also 9.1 SP1 .... and it's not working.
The note is a bad joke.

I hope they will release a Patch for 9.1 ... or I hope they will pay us the upgrade to 10. :p

Btw. is it fixed in 10 now?
