SAP agent, running state forever

I have BEWS 10 release 5520 and a server with SAP.
The SAP agent works good, but sometimes the jobs generated by sap in the BEWS Server hangs in running state, and sometimes not!.
What can I do?
The only thing I detected is sometimes the SAP backup job must wait several hours to run because the drives are busy with other kind of jobs.

Please check whether the file backint.mdb is created.
If yes then check whether it is geting updated.
