SBS 2003 BUE 10d and Web administration optoin

I installed BUE 10d (not CPS) on a SBS 2003 premium. THe web admin selection was greyed out. Checked all the tech docs and one said to install the MS SAK another said just to enable HTML administration in the IIS components.

Niether of these seem to be a solution. The first shows SAK download from MS for 2000 only and the other HTML Administration component doesnt show up in my add component list.

Any suggestions.... I tried doing several searches in this and newsgroups but no avail...
