SP1 installation roll back

Hi,
I saw that some people have the same problem. I try all the things I find in the different answers but nothing works.
If anybody have a solution, or If someone can list here the different possibilitie to solve the problem, it will be great.

Hi,

To get rid of SP1 you will need to reinstall or repair your BE9.1 installation. This will overwrite the files SP1 changed.

The problem is that I can't install the sp1. At the end of the installation process, it roll back.

The specific error will be lodged in the file bkupinst.log located in the winnt directory on the media server.
You may try the foll. steps:
Change all Bewst services to Manual
- Reboot the server
- Run SP1 setup
- Start all Bews services
- Change all Bews services to Automatic
- Reboot
