Hi there. we have just updated several servers to V9.1 SP2, but are now receiving an error "Advanced Open File Option did not perform a snapshot of all volumes simultaneously" when trying to back up MSX EDB files. Any clues (apart from remove SP2)?

A little late I'm afraid. SP2 has gone. I'm not entirely sure whether the decision to release SPs on existing and used platforms of BExec and then support them via forums was a wise decision
