SQL 05 backup failed with error :0xe000fe2d - The backup of the item is bad

Hi all.........     One of my SQL 05 backup failed with error:     

0xe000fe2d - The backup of the item is bad, 

    additional information regarding this error refer to link V-79-57344-65069

An error occurred on a query to database 

     V-79-65323-0 - Connection failure

Could any one help me to troubleshoot the issue...

Go to the SQL server and make sure that the BE remote agent service is running.  Also check the eventlog to see whether there is any failure of this service and the reasons.

I have checked BE remote agent service status as well as eventlog

Following events are seen in the event viewer:

If you have not already done so, apply the hotfixes as recommended in the document.
