SQL backup problem

When I check the box for backing up SQL I get this error message:

Unable to attach to one of the drives.


I think it may be because my vendor "locks" sql so users can't get at the tables, etc. I do not have the SA password.

Any help would be appreciated.

If yes and I have two backups everynight what is the backup method to select for the sql database backup?

Hello,


- To backup SQL databases you require BE Agent for SQL installed on the BE
Media Server, this is a paid option.

- If the BE Agent for SQL is installed on the server then we request you to
change the log in for SQL to NT authentication (security) and verify the
results by taking test backup of the SQL server.

How do I change the log in for SQL to NT authentication (security) and verify the

Hi,

You can change it through Enterprise Manger. You need to contact your SQL Admin to solve this problem.

I guess I am the SQL administrator...I'm just a small veterinary hospital...I don't have IT people to administer things (can't afford it)...can you give me a link that tells me how to do what you are telling me to do.
