SQL databases in different locations

I recently installed backup exec 10.0. and installed service pack 5.  I have SQL 2005 on my server.  I have my production databases on my D: drive and the default databases  Master, Model, Msdbdata and Tempdb on the c: drive. 

The SQL agent only recognizes the databases on c: and not d:

Anyone know how to make the agent see all my databases?

To backup SQL 2005, you first need to upgrade to Backup Exec 10d then install at least Hotfix 6 (or just install Service Pack 3).
