SSO option and grabbing from the wrong Media set

I have daily jobs as well as a Sat weekly job. The Daily job runs onto 2 tapes but if the weekly tapes are in the librry (MSL6030) the daily job will jump to the second tape in a different media set. I can't for the life of me get it to grab from the proper media set.

Recreated all jobs, checked appendable and overwrite settings kicked the library twice...

Backup Exec appears to have a design flaw in the way it handles Media Sets which can result in lost data due to overwritten tapes.
