Schedualed backup job breaks current running backup

Hi all, wondering if you could point out the setting on how to the prevent the following problem...

If I have a very large backup running and have a schedualed backup set to start at a time during which the first backup is still running, it will try and backup-to-disk (which I dont want it to), find that there is no disk space to backup-to-disk and then break the current backup that was running and itself.

Is there are way to get the schedualed backup to wait until the current backup is finished before commencing?

Both backup jobs are set to a Medium priority and both are going to the same media set. One tape device is attached.

Hello Denis,
- Have you configured the Jobs to run at the same time or are the Start times different?
- Have you configured the Jobs to run on all devices or on the specific Device?
- If you have Backupexec Version 10x you can configure a Rule for the second backupjob not to start before the first is finished.
