Scheduled Backups are not running

I have some users whose backups are not running during their scheduled times. I'm guessing it is because the username and password they entered when logging off is incorrect.

Does anyone know if the DLO Agent will prompt the user to re-enter their account and password after they save it, if they later change their account password? If not, is there anyway to automate prompting the user for their password after they change their account password. Is there at least a registry key I could delete?

I really don't want to have to send out an email to our end users telling them that after they are forced to change their password they have to go into their backup client and reset their saved accounts...
