Scheduling Crashes BE 12

Last week we installed BE 12 on one of our customer's servers. They previously had BE 9 which we completely removed prior to installing 12. We made sure to install all of the hotfixes that were available. When we try to schedule a job from the defaults or inside the job itself we get the error message below. I have tried a repair installation and replacing the BE database with a fresh db and I still get this error. Rebooting after these troubleshooting steps did not fix the issue either. The server is running SBS 2003 R2 SP2 Any help would be much appreciated.

A severe application error has occurred.

Exception: System.AccessViolationException

Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt.
