Scheduling for the 1st week day or Last week day of the month

I'm currently running Backup Exec 11d for windows servers

I need to schedule two jobs, one to run the 1st weekday of the month and another to run the last weekday of the month,

I can't find that option on the scheduler, Does anyone have an idea how to set it up,

The only option I find is the 1st day or last day of the month, the problem is that I have weekend jobs running and if the 1st of the month is on a weekend I want it to wait till the 1s week day.

Any work around ideas?
