Section 508 Compliance for Backup Exec

As part of the government requirements, we are now required to submit documents for all COTS products which indicate the level of support for Section 508. There is a Voluntary Product Assessment Template (VPAT) which I have been asked to submit for Backup Exec, but could not find any place to submit it to.

Does anybody know where this request needs to go?
