Server List Not Refreshing in Backup Exec 15

We are currently running Backup Exec 15 (Version 14.2 Rev. 1180 640bit).  We run muliple jobs daily and have recently increased the number of jobs.  The issue we seem to be having is that the Server list statuses are not being refreshed or udpated.  So for example, I will recieve and email that Server1 completed successfully.  But when I log into the BE server and actually view the server list, it still shows that job and other jobs that have either run successfully, failed or cancelled to still show as Active - even though they are not.  Closing BE 15 and reopening does not fix this.  So the questions are:

Why is this happening? Is this a BE service related issue? Anyone else experience this and if so what did you do to resolve it?

Regarding the hotfix download, it is located on the right side under Attachments.

Try a repair of the Backup Exec install (through Programs and Features) and of the BEDB http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH67239

make sure Backup Exec is updated to the most current level: Feature Pack 1 and hotfix 232086

Our Backup Exec 15 has Feature Pack 1 installed. It does not list "Hotfix 232086" below it in the list of Installed Updates, however when running Live Update, it says we are up to date.  The article for the Hotfix 232086 does not have any links where I can download the executable manually.

Unfortunately, I do not see any download links on your link above. We are partners with Symantec and are using a NFR copy of the product (see attached screenshot) which should entitle us to all updates including service packs, feature sets and hotfixes through Live Update.

Regardless, the hotfix in question does not appear to be related to the issue we are experiencing.  The Job Monitor section (Jobs & Job Histories) are all up to date and refreshing properly.   "Servers" under the Backup and Restore tab are not updating/refreshing and are displaying inaccurate data.

Some examples:

Jobs that have run successfully for a few weeks have "Server" objects that display "Never Backed Up" in thier status.  Jobs that have completed successfully  are showing as "Active" under the "Server objects.  Backups of servers as recently as 9/21/15 show Last Backup as 9/16/15 under the "Servers" tab.  Again, if I hop over to the Job Monitor tab, everything is up to date and reflecting proper statuses.

Any help with this would be appreciated.

Ahh, thanks I missed the attachment section.  Got the patch installed now.  Some things now appear to be updating accordingly.  We will continue to monitor over the next few days and then make the determination whether or not to perform the repair and database cleanup.
