Server blue screens and Reboots

I'm getting blue screen reboot when Backup starts, it is ok if I only do local backup but when I try and back up remote agent or sql it blue screens, this is a new in stall and is happening at 2 sites,
all are IBM 346 servers running windows 2003 standard, I also will post event log.

I installed the Microsoft StorPort driver and did a quick backup.
It did not blue screen yet will keep this posted if all goes well.

Well that did not work.
When sceduled job starts server reboots every time if I backup a server other then the one the tape drive is on.
