Server problems after applying BE 10.0 SP2

Hi!

I have a 2003 SBS server that is the only server on the site and it is the DC.
I installed Veritas Backup Exec 10 for SBS SP2, rebooted the server and it hanged at
"applying computer settings".

I tried to boot it in safe mode and disabled the services for Backup exec, reboot the
server, but the problem remains!

Otherwise it looks like the server works normally, but I can't reach the desktop, not even remotely.

Any Ideas?
