Servicos do Backup exec 12.5 nao starta

Ja tentei de tudo e nao consigo iniciar os servicos do bkp exec 12.5, da erro 1068 " the dependency service or group faild to start" isso em todos os servicos que tento startar .

Minha plataforma é um windows server standart 2008.

Preciso com urgencia pois o bkp da empresa esta parado.

Eu nao consigo nem logar no bkup exec quando digito a senha, o bkp exec aparece a mensagem de que os servicos ou drivers nao estao instalados ou os servicos nao estao iniciados.

Check if any running processes in the Task Manager ...check & end the following processes -

beserver.exe, ppvlsvr.exe, bengine.exe, benetns.exe, beremote.exe, beremote.exe AND lugetupdates.exe

Once all processes are killed, restart the SQL instance & try starting the services in the following order:

- Backup Exec Remote Agent for Windows Servers

- Backup Exec Device and Media Service

- Backup Exec Server

- Backup Exec Job Engine

- Backup Exec Agent Browser

If they all start up, try to logon to the BE console

In case if they fail to start, check the app & sys logs again via the Event Viewer for any new events
