Shadow Copies and CPS

I enabled Shadow Copies and changed the location to a separate volume for my snapshots. By default the Shadow Copies schedule creates two shadow copies per day. As I am using CPS to schedule when my snapshots run is there any way to turn off this schedule in Shadow Copies? If I delete the schedule then Shadow Copies is disabled.

This bit is not particularly intuitive. The Windows Shadow copy tab should only be used to set the destination drive of the volume you want to shadow, but it should not be enabled, as CPS will start and stop it. If you disable it, you'll find you get Shadow Copies as per your CPS schedule.

Thanks Nick. Just the answer I was looking for.
