SharePoint 2010 Farm Backup

Hi, I am currently backing up complete SharePoint 2010 farm. The backup takes longer and I am just looking to see if I can skip out non-important things. We have only two web applications so I would definetly want to backup those.

I am backing up Admin DB, Search DB, Word automation DB, Web Analytics DB, User Profile DB, and many more...In the event do I really need complete backup...

Any help would be really appreciated.

This depends upon the recovery level objective which has been defined in your company..
