Back up jobs for exchange 2007 fails with error 0xe000fe36 - Corrupt data encountered.

hello we are running back up exec 2012 on windows server 2003 standard,

our Exchange is 2007  on server 2003 standard,

our jobs have failed with the upper mentioned error,please check the attachment for the log file.
