Sharepoint 2007 folder redirection during restore

David_Kocmoud

I need some help figuring out the correct syntax and such in BackupExec 12 (examples would be very helpful) for performing a restore of a sharepoint 2007 document library to another sharepoint 2007 site.  Every time I try to do this, it says that the document library doesn't exist, so I presume I'm just not typing it in correctly.

What I have so far is a new site "staffcouncil" with an "Activities" document library created (e.g. http://myhost/staffcouncil/Activities).  On the old site, the document library name was actually Activities1 (as per the URL and as it shows up in BackupExec).

In the sharepoint redirection tab of the Restore job, should I select to "redirect sharepoint server 2003/2007 sets" or should I use the "redirect sharepoint document sets"?  What is the proper syntax that I should use in these fields?

It seems no matter what I try, I get this error:

The document Library staffcouncil/Activities1/Annual Meeting\Notes for Annual Meeting.doc does not exist. Recreate the document Library,  and then try the job again.

Help!
