Sharepoint Backup error E000035F

Hi:

I have installed Exec 12.5 to backup my Sharepoint server 2007, now it has an E000035F error, and sharepoint bakcup failed,

so how to fix this and what's the problem? thanks.

This appears to be a problem with sqlvdi. Please go through following document from MS:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/323602
Also, apply the hotfix:
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=913100

Above hotfix specifically applies to 64 bit OS.

thanks for your reply,

the detail information is:

Error Category; Resource errors

error description:E000035F- the SQL server backup interface has reported a problem. Further details can be found in the job log.

restarting the  SQL server service or the server may correct the problem.

but I tried restart both sharepoint server and the Backup server, still no luck.

and for now it bakcup several times but none of them are success.

any solutions? thanks

May I know what's your Windows Server version please ?

thanks for your reply, I installed the  Exec 12.5 on windows 2003 R2 SP1 X64, and sharepoint server is window2003 R2 SP1 X64. all of them are English Version system.
