Should I upgraded to version 12?

I am planning the upgrade from 11d to 12. But is the problem described in  the knowledge base: http://seer.support.veritas.com/docs/288457.htm fixed in version 12? Otherwise, I'm not going to upgrade.

Anyone knows the answer?
