Sicherung und Rücksicherung - QNAP NAS TS559

Hallo,

ich sichere mit Backup Exec 2010R3 eine NAS, es ist mir schon bekannt das die Sicherungssoftware versucht mittels den Agent zu Sicherungund es daher bei der Jobausführung zu Warnmeldungen kommt.  (Warum schaft es Symantec nicht, dies als Auswahl Option im BackupJob deaktiviert werden kann)

Sicherung wird ausgeführt, aber nun habe ich das größere Problem das ich mein Backup nicht mehr auf die NAS retour sichern kann.

Fehlermeldung:
Remote Agent nicht auf NAS festgestellt.

Zugriff verweigert auf Verzeichnis XY
Fehler beim Schreiben des Sicherheitsdatenstroms.

Die Datei wurde in einem Format geschrieben, das für NTFS unter Microsoft Windows 2000 oder höher spezifisch ist.

Ich verzweifle langsam mit BackupExec, immer wieder funktioniert etwas nicht.
Lösung vorübergehend auf ein anderes Laufwerk zu sichern funktioniert nicht, ich habe zur Zeit nicht Platz für 300Gb zu zwischenspeichern und dann auf die NAS zu kopieren.

Beim Rücksichern werden lVerzeichnisse erstellt, also kann es kein Problem mit den Schreibrechten sein.

Kann dieses Problem die Version 2012 beheben?

Not sure if this will work in BE2012, but I assume not.

In order to restore data directly to the NAS a remote agent needs to be installed, but this is not possible. The only way to restore is as you describe, restore to the BE Media server itself, or to another server with the remote agent installed.

thanks for your answer,

put  i can not restore to itself on the Server, i have many Files on the NAS.

we changed from Arcserve to BE, with this it was the Backup and Restore from the NAS OK.

Unfortunately we changed the System and now the Backup Software

I think this is only a problem from BE.

I am not a Software Designer, is see only i can Backup from my NAS and now i need my Data and restore is not possible.

For me is this a problem with Backup Exec and now a disaster.
