Slow 10.0 backup

Nathan_Salmon
Not applicable
Installed BExec 10.0 with SP1 on Win2K last night, with Tandberg external 440LTO drive running off a LSILogic MegaRAID SCSI card. Used Veritas drivers. Transfer speed (according to Tandberg) should be 35Mb/second. Initial backup speed was excellent, but within 30 minutes was running extremely slow - transfer rates of between 90-130 MB/min. Running in Native backup - no compression. Perhaps some sort of buffering issue? How do I increase the speed?

You can also upgrade to Backup exec build 5520
