Slow backup of a server in a backup job

Is there a good way or method to figure out why the backup of a specific server in a backup job is slow? In the past, the specific server took 4 hours to back up. Roughly 160GB of data, mostly large files. If I remove the server from the job the job completes in 1 hour. If I add the server back in the job takes between 7 and 14 hours.
I uninstalled/reinstalled the latest client. After the reinstall, I put the server in it's own backup job and it was back to hours. I added it back to the original backup job last night and the job is still running. All of the other servers in the job say completed. Any suggestions would help. Thanks.

Hi Dan,

Please go through these documents:

What Backup Exec settings can be modified to reduce the amount of time it takes for a backup to run?

Also are you backing up Exchange resources?
