Slow backups

Hi, I have a server that is having a problem with slow backups. It is a Windows Server 2003 SP1 with Exchange on it. It also has two tape drives, a HP 72x6 on a adaptec 29160 and a Seagate DAT4 on a adaptec 29320. The problem is that on our autoloader it will take six hours to complete when it used to only take one. I have tried doing the backups with the Seagate and the backup goes at full speed. Make sure that you have installed latest veritas drivers:

Check for the SCSI card drivers and firmware updates.
