Does it possible make a full system backup for MS Exchange 2007 by using Symantec Backup Exec 11d for Windows Servers snapshoot?

Elmars,

To utilize the Microsoft Volume Shadow Copy service to backup a server's open files, you would need to purchase Advanced Open File Option.  If you would like to backup an Exchange 2007 Information Store "live", you would need the Backup Exec for Windows Servers v11d Exchange Agent.  Hopefully, this answers your questions.
