We are getting the following error when we try to restore Exchange Information Store:
"Unable to restore some Microsoft Exchange components because one or more of the databases are currently mounted or because the Recovery Storage Group is not properly configured. Use the Exchange System Manager to check the configuration of the Recovery Storage Group and the mount status of the databases."
After digging around, it says we cannot restore if the backup was a snapshot. Our backups are snapshots. So my questions is,
how do we backup our Exchange server with a full backup instead of a snapshot?Oh, btw, we are able to successfully do a individual item restore on Exchange with the snapshot backup.
