Hello.

I have Symantec Backup Exec system recovery 2010 Desktop Edition and when install it it gives me this error

when the installation is finish i try to run a back up only for my document and desktop when the back up start it gives me this error

In my site i have win xp win 7 64 bit.How i can resolve this problem?

It is vss writer error may be it was corrupt please log call with microsoft or delete following Registry key: 

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\EventSystem\{26c409cc-ae86-11d1-b616-00805fc79216}\Subscriptions
