I have CPS running on a Windows Server 2003 R2 server. I have configured the backup destination and selections. It is successfully pulling files from the business server and storing them at the backup destination. I have configured snapshots to occur on that destination every hour from 8:30AM to 5:30PM Monday through Friday. The snapshots are not occurring at all. If I manually "create snapshot" it will make one. I have fully patched the CPS installation. What do I need to do to make the automatic snapshots take place?
I don't see any really helpful events in the event viewer or in the CPS alerts.
