Solamente puedo copiarme el archivo .Vmdk de la maquina Virtual

Cuando intento copiar el contenido de una máquina virtual, solamente me aparece el archivo .vmdk, no puedo copiar el resto de archivos.

To restore the contents of the VM, you are using GRT restore.  You have to have the AVVI agent and had installed the BE remote agent in the VM.  When you have the AVVI agent licence, you can install the BE remote agent in any VM on the physical host without any further charge.
