Sony SDX-450V is not recognized in Backup Exec for Netware 9.0 rev 4202

I can't get Backup Exec to recognize my new drive.
Sony SDX-450v internal scsi drive.
I have my original drive installed as well on the same SCSI bus and have no problems.
There are no conflicts on SCSi bus and I can see it listed when the server boots up and in Netware 6.
Has anyone been able to make this drive work with this similiar configuration?
I also have another version of Veritas Backup Exec (Quickstart Edition) that came with the drive, but I would rather just get it working with my current Backup Exec software.
Any ideas?

FYI: I was able to get the drive working by Flipping DIP Switches 1-4 to the ON position.
