Starting a backup job when another one ends

Backup job includes file server, citrix servers (2), and exchange server.  AOFO results in initialization errors for exchange server. I created a separate non-AOFO job for the exchange server backup.  I want to run the file server and citrix servers backup first, then automatically start the exchange server job when the first one finishes. How?

You can either do this with a policy (see the Admin Guide) , or can create the second job, and then call it as a POST job from the first using BEMCMD
