All my servers have become part of a new domain.
Now all my jobs are failing because of resource credentials (resource) are pointing back to a resource that no longer exists. Here are some entries from the BE log:
Completed status: Failed
Final error: 0xe000fe29 - Authentication failed on connection to the server. Make sure that the user account has the appropriate permissions and that the password was typed correctly.
Final error category: Security Errors
Restore- DPU-FP-SS1
The Media Server was unable to connect to Remote Machine DPU-FP-SS1.
The Media Server will fall back on the local agent to try and complete the operation.
Access is denied to Remote Agent
I try to create a new backup job and I get back a message:
"Your default login cannot be authenticated"
I try to edit my default logon. This does not help. Also does a BE agent need to be installed on the server (DPU-FP-SS1) I am backing up?
