Symantec Backup Exec 11d License issue

We ordered two Symantec BackupExec for Windows Servers version 11d with the part number 10759452
The description on the license says

Backup Exec 11d for Small Business Servers Standard with Continuous Protection Server License
Serial Number XXXXXXXXXXX
Part Number 10759452 137883 Bar code - 37648 28833
SYMC BACKU EXEC 11D WIN WITH CONTNUOUS PROTECTION SERVER ML BUS PACK

When I registered with Symantec license websites, it also comes back as small business edition. Obviously the key code does not work on my Windows 2003 Enterprise server.

I have been on hold on the phone for Symantec for a long time.

WHY IS THS HAPPENING?

Sounds to me like you ordered the Small Business edition.

Note the description:
Backup Exec 11d for Small Business Servers Standard with Continuous Protection Server License

Small Business Server (SBS) comes in 2 flavors now. Standard and Premium. You have the SBS Standard version of Backup Exec.Message was edited by:
