Symantec Backup Exec 12 Open File Option not recognised

I am runnings Backup Exec 12 Small Business Server on SBS2003 it has the open file option installed and enabled but it comes up with this;

V-79-57344-34110 ADBO: Offhost backup initialization failure on "\\servername\microsoft information store\first storage group" Snapshot provider error (0xe000847e): This edition of the product is not licenced for the requested operation.

If not licensed for ADBO, In the backup job properties, under Advance disk-based backup - uncheck the option.

ADBO is used for offhost backup and different from open file option(AOFO).
