Hi,

currently we have installed Symantec Bakup exec 2012 , all the agents are working fine except MS-Cluster with shared SAN storage for SQL-SERVER 2008R2 instances which is not showing for the backup of remote hosts.  we tried with virtual names and physical active node it is showing only local drives but no SAN drives are displaying for backup using both the names. virtula names are also showing the local disks only.

thansk.

Hi,

You need to install the RAWS agent on both physical servers. I take it you have done this?

Also, check the link below. If you still don't come right, post a screenshot of what it shows...

Thanks!

From the physical node and virtual name(IP) it is showing same drive but no LUN from the server to backed up.
