Synthetic Backups

Need clear answer on requirements. We are running backups for 250GB on a single tape drive.

Considering breaking up the backup into 2 separate synthetic backups; however DB are not included and does that mean exchange. We have the agent if that makes a difference.

? Is there additional licensing required over the BK Exec10 and the usual afo & raws lic's? In short what lic's are required for a 3 server D2D2T backup solution on Win2003 with Exchange to NAS to single tape drive, using ADBO?

Hello,

ADBO - licensed per media server
Exchange - licensed per Exchange server
AOFO - Licensed per server it backups up
RAWS - if you have option like AOFO or Exchange installed for the remote server you do not require a separate license, else it is licensed per remote server that it backs up.
Single tape drive - no license required.
