System State Restore Problems

When restoring the system state from a Windows 2000 Server during the restore the services on BE 10 Stoppes responding, causing the backup to fail due to a communication error. I've never incountered this using BE 8.6. Please Help.

Can you let us know the exact error message.
On what state does the backup Job stop?
