TandbergData T40 using NDMP

Hello,

I have Backup Exec 12 and I'm using the NDMP option to connect to NetApp 3040,  and TandbergData T40. When I add NetApp filer as an NDMP server through Backup Exec I don't seen the TandbergData drive under Stand-alone Drives and under Robotic Librares. What it's wrong. What I must change on NetApp filer  (NDMP is enable on NetApp). Thank you for help me.

Is the Tandberg actually detected by the NetApp?

Note you will almost certainly need to use a terminal on the NetApp to verify this - and if you are unsure you might have to speak to NetApp themselves.
