TapeAlert Events

I've received the following event error:

Job 'Differential - 1' has reported Multiple Tape Alerts on Server 'BABY'. Please refer to job log BEX_BABY_02107.xml for more details.

Here are the details:

----- TapeAlert Events ----- The device has reported the following TapeAlert diagnostic information. Please contact your device manufacturer for more information regarding TapeAlerts.
Information - The library has been manually turned offline and is unavailable for use. Robotic Library for Device: DELL 1
Warning - Library security has been compromised. Robotic Library for Device: DELL 1
Critical - The library has detected a inconsistency in its inventory. 1. Redo the library inventory to correct inconsistency. 2. Restart the operation Check the applications users manual or the hardware users manual for specific instructions on redoing the library inventory. Robotic Library for Device: DELL 1


We have a Dell PowerVault 132T if that helps.

Check if the library is active in Windows Device Manager.

Check whether there are any Hardware Errors logged in System Log- event Id 7, 9,11 or 15...

The tape drive is active and there are no errors logged in the event log with the event Id that you listed.

I received this error the 27th and again on the 30th and 31st. Any more suggestions?
