Tapes getting hung in AutoLoader

Good day -

Currently have a Dell PV 136T with 2 Robotic Arms - it seems that Backup Exec is not freeing the tapes after writing - the only I can free is to restart Backup Exec Services - any suggestions?

And yes - I have reinstalled the tape drivers under Device Configuration Wizard -

Verify if you are getting event id' 7, 9, 11 or 15.
