We had Trend Micro installed before we moved to Kaspersky. On some of our servers we are getting the below message on system state backup job completion.

VSS Snapshot warning. File c:\program files (x86)\trend micro\officescan client\pccntupd.exe is not present on the snapshot.

That masns teh uninstall of trens has left soemthign somewhere in the resgistry that is associated with teh system state of teh operating system.

You should be speaking to trend for how to remove it. You might be abel to find that cause in teh regiotry yourself but any action you then take would be at your own risk

Note you can also cheat the system by creating a dummy file with the same name and path so that you don;t have to hunt around in the registry

Otherwise look exclude that entire folder tree which will also work.
