UNIX Agents Not Appearing

We have Backup Exec 10.0 Rev 5484 installed on a Win 2003 server. The RALUS agent has been installed and started on to two Linux servers and the Backup Exec Linux serial numbers have been entered on the server. However, under Remote Selections we do not see a listing for Unix agents as outlined in thedocumentation. The Samba shares do show up under Microsoft Windows Network and in user-defined Selections. What are we missing?

Our versions of Linux are not on the ralus compatibility list. We have switched to the legacy agent and the servers show up in the BE Unix listing.
