Unable to Push remote Agent

Hi, I have just upgraded to 11d and I am trying to push the remote agent to a 2003 x64 server. When I try to run the wizard I get a message saying that the necesary push install support files are not installed. I have re-run the setup and ensured that the support files are indeed installed but I continue to recieve the same message. ANy ideas on how to fix this?

Just for kicks I ran setup again last night and removed the support files and rebooted the server. I ran setup again and added the support files back and rebooted again. Unfortunatly, the situation remains the same.

I have run Live Update and seem to be (at least according to LU) up to date. Any help on this would be most appreciated!
