I want to reformat my backup exec server. the options available to me are either re-install backup exec and then import the configs or create a clone CD and run this to setup the logs and settings.
I am unable to create a Clone CD. Following the selection of this in the "install options and license keys" I get a review screen warning that all ok except for the exchange agent and exchange 2007. I dont have exchange 2007.
the clone CD creation completes with errors V-225-53 viewing this in the installation log file gives the following error line;
V-225-53: ERROR: Failed to install SQL Express BKUPEXEC instance with error 1603

one of the pages implies that i Change Database Access. however when doing this i get an error;
Performing grant of login for BEDB database.
Error: Unable to grant or revoke the login.
Database login COMPANY\administrator for server SERVERNAME ended with errors.
does anyone have any idea about this
